The Durham

• 5/12 hip roof with 16″ eaves around the entire roof. This can vary if the roof pitch is increased or if the size of modules change.
• The A dormer is standard with 12″ eaves and gable overhang along with Northwood’s siding included and standard size corners.
• Corbels (24″) are shipped loose for field installation and will need to be trimmed to fit the size of the overhangs.
• The siding package includes 5/4″x8″ frieze board and the 5 ½” super corners.
• As with all Craftsman Series homes, the Durham includes window grilles in upper sash only and the S606 Craftsman style front door with S606 side lights, and S206 side door. The sliders are full glass.
• 5/4×4 PVC trim is included on the front windows and doors as well as the dormers.
