Took on a modular home dealership with DeLuxe Homes of PA, Inc. K-3 sold many modular homes throughout the Hudson Valley from Pleasant Valley (Dutchess County) to Schodack (southern Rensselaer County) and Coeymans (southern Albany county) to Highland (Ulster county).
